Returns & exchanges
We do not give refunds: we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note if the items are returned within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition. If the items you received are faulty, you may be entitled to an exchange or full refund. In line with Which?'s Consumer Right's Regulations we do not accept returns on earrings or other personal items.

We use Royal Mail signed for postage. All shipping costs are in line with Royal Mail prices, plus packaging.
